As the Club's name suggests, the emphasis is on networking. The meetings will not feature guest speakers, although any business that wishes to sponsor the wine at each lunch will have the opportunity to talk about themselves for a couple of minutes in between courses.

The "networking" part of the lunch is undertaken is as follows:-

1) Each person that attends a meeting will on arrival be allocated to a team either red, green, yellow or blue and given a sticker of the appropriate colour.

2) The team members will have a captain allocated, who will ensure that everyone introduces themselves and find out what the individuals that attend the networking club are hoping to gain. For example, it might be that you wish to feature a forthcoming Seminar, event or have a special offer on your goods and services.

3) The team captain will at the appropriate point introduce himself and members of his team and broadcast to the other members of the Club their team highlights that have been discussed during their lunch.

4) The team captain of every other team will do likewise.

If any club member wishes to bring along any promotional literature they are more than welcome to do so. A "propaganda table" will be set up in the bar area where literature can be displayed. There will be the opportunity to continue networking after the lunch in the bar where coffee will be served.

The timings of the lunch are as follows:-

12.30pm Arrival - wine and canapés in bar
12.50pm Sit down for lunch
12.50 - 2.00pm Lunch
2.00pm Coffee served in bar and depart any time thereafter.

The costs of attending each function will be £25 inclusive and payment must be made in advance to ensure your place at the lunch club is reserved.
